The Bondi Beach attack

I only learned of this minutes ago. Initial thoughts:

  1. It’s a terrorist atrocity.
  2. So, on a vastly more industrial scale, is the Gaza genocide whose daily war crimes must massively exceed a dozen slain to make front page news in Western media.
  3. I have no evidence to support a false flag thesis. But Mossad’s record of disregard for the safety of individual Jews to advance the ‘greater good’ of Zionism – if only by stemming a 26 month haemorrhaging of good will, including that of Jews – means that I simply can’t, as with the Manchester synagogue attack, rule this out. 1
  4. Whether or not a false flag, it absolutely will be capitalised on by a rogue state to further erode all and any distinction between anti-Zionism and antisemitism.
  5. Whether or not a false flag, it absolutely will help Western governments, pace  Britain’s proscription of Palestine Action, to make further inroads into hard won civil rights, and to declare loudly as per point 4 that anti-Zionism = antisemitism:

Beyond noting that the man who disarmed one of the terrorists is a 43-year-old dad with the distinctly Muslim sounding name of Ahmed al-Ahmed, who took two bullets to his arm, that’s all I can say for now.

I was dragged kicking and screaming, my reluctance stemming from Marxism incorrectly understood rather than faith in Western governments as law-abiding, into accepting that conspiracy and state crimes against democracy (SCADs) play a greater role in ruling class and empire designs than I’d been willing to concede.   1. This piece dated today (but actually posted yesterday) has video (taken by Al Jazeera) of the Muslim civilian who wrestled a rifle from one of the attackers:

    • Thanks Dave. I’d clocked that the hero of the day was Muslim, but not that Bibi had claimed him to be Jewish.

      US military announced the identity of the killer of the three US citizens only as a “lone ISIS gunman.” This ignores the continuing links between the al-Julani regime and ISIS.

      And by extension, with Israel and the West too. I feel need for a post on Syria, a year on from the fall of Assad.

      • Yes, number 3, apologies for the fumblethumbs! Providing the title of the video would have also helped, as it added an update to Dave Hansell’s post, too:
        ‘Bondi Beach attack: Australia’s history of false flags; correction by Netanyahu | Janta Ka Reporter’.
        Seven minutes into the video, there’s a section regarding Google Trends and searches for one of the gunmans names before the actual shooting took place, which I don’t know enough about to judge.

        Since commenting, I came across this video from UK Column, where in the first few minutes, they comment on the extraordinary journalistic skills and amazing happy coincidence of Laura Kuensberg and the beeb, who just happened to be able to contact and speak to someone at the scene as it was happening!
        UK Column seems to be one of the few outlets who are investigating the deeper links between Epstein and links to Israel, security services, etc, rather than ‘just’ the victims of sexual exploitation.

          Corporate media in the West have without exception been deafeningly silent on Epstein’s connections to Israel.
