Athens says no to Zionist terror!

20 Apr

Pro-Palestine activists took to the streets of central Athens on Friday after a firebomb attack on an art gallery known for showing anti-Zionist slogans. Demonstrators gathered in Monastiraki, otherwise known as “Little Tel Aviv,” to condemn “Zionist terrorism” and “genocide” in Gaza. The rally, coinciding with Palestinian Prisoners’ Day, saw protesters waving Palestinian flags and carrying banners reading “Zionists Not Welcome” as they marched past heavily guarded establishments.

Tensions run high following the arson incident, with organizers linking the local violence to wider global conflicts and the recently passed Israeli law allowing execution of Palestinians but not Jews. Authorities have tightened security as investigations into the firebombing continue.
