Its a copy of the CIA memo advising use of the term ‘conspiracy theory’ for all CIA ‘assets’ when commenting on scepticism about the Warren Commission’s report on the Kennedy assassinations.

I recall when – for a few weeks before it collapsed under the weight of its own absurdity – western media, ‘elite’ sections like Guardian and BBC included, were dutifully promoting the preposterous notion that Putin blew up Nordstream. Caitlin Johnstone did a post entitled, It’s only a conspiracy theory if it accuses America!
